Frequently asked questions

Can the AI make up an answer?

It is instructed to answer only from the document and to say when the information isn't there. Always check the cited passages.

Do I need a subscription?

This tool is part of Ara PDF Pro (from €6.99 a month, no commitment). Every visitor also gets 2 free trials a day, without signing up.

Is my document stored?

No. Only the document's text is sent, encrypted, to our AI service (Anthropic's Claude model) while it is processed. Neither the file nor the text is kept, and they are not used to train the AI.
