Terms of sale

Template prepared for Ara PDF: complete the highlighted parts and have it reviewed by a professional before opening paid subscriptions. The French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the “Ara PDF Pro” subscription offered by Amazone Studio (SIREN 513 874 321) on arapdf.com. Standard PDF tools are free and require no subscription.

2. Service

Ara PDF Pro gives access to the site's artificial intelligence tools (summarize, translate, chat with a PDF, extract data, proofread, reply to a letter), within a limit of 100 operations per day, for documents of about 150 pages maximum.

3. Prices

Pro monthly: €6.99 per month, taxes included. Pro yearly: €59 per year, taxes included. Prices may change; any change applies to the following period and is announced to you by email in advance.

4. Payment and renewal

Payment is made by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at each due date until cancelled. An invoice is emailed with each payment.

5. Cancellation

There is no commitment. You can cancel at any time from the Ara PDF Pro page (“Manage or cancel” button). Access stays active until the end of the period paid; nothing further is due.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by writing to contact@arapdf.com. By using an AI tool during that period, you request immediate performance of the service: the amount corresponding to the service already provided may then be retained (article L221-25).

7. Liability

Results produced by AI may contain errors and must be checked before any important use (legal, accounting, medical, official). Amazone Studio cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of these results.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: name and website of your mediator.
